REFUND POLICY
Imprint Oasis strives to make customer satisfaction a top priority.
All of our orders are uniquely customized, and we cannot issue refunds or exchanges except where the issue was caused by an error on our part.
- We cannot refund any Graphic Design or Marketing Consulting services that have already been completed
- Orders that are cancelled prior to printing will be fully refunded
- We are committed to offering high quality products for our customers.
To request a refund, please contact customer service at [email protected]
within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information with
your request:
- Your name
- Description of the issue
- Your order number
- Pictures showing the problem
- We will be happy to issue a refund if the delivered item does not match
the agreed upon specifications. For example:
- The delivered product is flawed
- The print quality is poor
- The product has a defect
- We are not responsible for customer errors in the specifications, issues with
the quality of the original image, or mistakes in the order information.
- We will review the request and make a decision on the remediation within 2 business days.
